Public Question time will take place at approximately 8.00pm. Members of the public may attend, those on the Electoral Roll of the Parish may speak. To receive and accept re-issue of Standing Orders (adopted by West Monkton Parish Council in 2002) and to adopt revised (2004) Financial Orders 20. To approve Receipts and Payments; Financial Sheet; and Annual Accounts 25. To note dates of Parish Council Meetings for the year ahead: 11th June, 9th July, 10th September, 8th October, 12th November in 2008. 14th January, 11th February, 11th March, 8th April in 2009. No full Parish Council meetings in August and December, however the Planning Committee will meet during those months (second Wednesday). The Annual Parish meeting will be 25th March 2009. 26.
