I hereby give notice that the next meeting of West Monkton Parish Council will be in the Committee Room, West Monkton Village Hall, on Wednesday 14th May 2008 at 7.30pm.

Public Question time will take place at approximately 8.00pm. Members of the public may attend, those on the Electoral Roll of the Parish may speak.

No full Parish Council meetings in August and December, however the Planning Committee will meet during those months (second Wednesday). The Annual Parish meeting will be 25th March 2009.
