PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE VOLUME OF BUSINESS, THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE ON 8TH MAY WHEN THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC QUESTION TIME, THE NORMAL BUSINESS OF THE PARISH COUNCIL WILL BE DEALT WITH ON 22ND MAY WHEN THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC QUESTION TIME.

I hereby give notice that the next meeting of West Monkton Parish Council will be in the Committee Room, West Monkton Village Hall, on Wednesday 8th May 2013 at 7.30pm. This is the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.
Members of the public may attend, but there is no public question time at this meeting, please note that Public Question time is deferred to the meeting on 22nd May 2013, at approximately 7.40pm.

AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence and approve the reasons if thought fit, and to receive written requests for new DPI dispensations.
2. To minute that a quorum is present (quorum is 3)
3. Election of Chairman
4. Declaration of Acceptance by Chairman
5. To note any changes to the Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interest
To receive and adopt current Standing Orders and Financial Orders, and to record by Minute of Council that the conditions of the General Power of Competence are satisfied.
6. Election of Vice-Chairman
7. To elect on bloc the following, there being no change from last year:

To consider continuation of support for 3 charities, Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, Taunton and District CAB, the Village News
10. New position: to elect Cllr House as Planning officer
11. To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 10th April 2013
12. Monkton Heathfield Development TDBC CEO P James
13. To receive and approve receipts and payments
All other Parish Council business, including Public Question Time, will be dealt with on 22nd May 2013
